Match Music Sponsor:
Music is an important part of ice hockey matches. An ideal opportunity has been created to provide an attractive and exclusive sponsorship package for retail music stores, radio stations or night clubs. The Match Music sponsor would receive acknowledgements throughout two hours music play and be welcome to run promotions, prizes and giveaways, with programme and stadium advertising at Braehead Arena and Pirates TV & Radio coverage. During the game when the referee's whistle stops the action, the DJ/stadium announcer fills the gap by playing a selection of music covering a wide variety of tastes. He'll play 50's rock'n'roll, 60's pop, 70's disco, 80's new romantic and 90's boy bands - and will also throw in some current charts hits too for good measure. There's time to play a real mix of music so there's something for everyone. When a Pirates player puts the biscuit in the barrel - or in other words, scores a goal - you'll hear one of the loudest goal horns in UK hockey mixed in with a few screeches, sirens, slamming breaks and a burst of Mikkel Nordse's Goal! Typically, around 60 music clips will be played during a match For the 30 minutes before the match starts - when the players are on ice for their warm-up and again in the two intermissions during the match - the music is a variety of mixes which you can hear both in the arena if you prefer to stay in your seat, or out in the foyer if you are checking out the souvenirs or buying snacks and drinks. From crooners to TV themes, club floorfillers to disco, sixties hits to today's chart hits - we'll play it all. The Pirates also give you the chance to have a request played on match nights. The sound system at Braehead Arena also delivers superb quality. Contact Allan Paul if you are interested in this exciting sponsorship.
